How To Develop A Strong Organisational Culture

WE have all learned the importance of self-motivation and other-motivation as individuals. It’s time now to level up your skill sets into the more challenging group motivation at the Branch, Department or even Unit/Command level.

Organisational culture is about developing a helping ethos so that people around you (including subordinates and peers) can harness good values and commitment into a common and unified good so as to strengthen organisational effectiveness.  Rather than do so in a haphazard and informal manner, let Our Trainer introduce you to tried-and-trusted methods to systematically turn a formal into a friendly setup, where everyone watches everyone’s back.

Moreover, the absence of good corporate culture is to allow a stagnant organisation erode into toxic culture, something that this workshop will help raise the alarms and offer practical solutions.
