Learning Objectives

At the end of the ONE-DAY workshop, AST participants shall achieve the following course objectives (OBJ): 

  1. Understand factors contributing to a difficult conversation
  2. Learn what is needed to achieve the desired outcome of a difficult conversation at workplace, with their supervisors, colleagues and stakeholders, while keeping the relationships intact
  3. Practise how to prepare for and manage a difficult conversation
